Update on the OUYA Payment Options

What makes the OUYA so unique is that it is completely open-source and based on a free to play model. Game content can be locked and monetized according to the publishers will; but every game will be free to play initially. The basic grasp is: “If you want more – you pay more.” Since the announcing of the OUYA, a concern amongst the community has been what kind of payment options will be supported as well as the standards of security of in-app and appstore purchases. First of all, as the founder of OUYANews and currently the only editor, I would like start off with an apology for not keeping the site updated as frequently as I would have liked – or not at all. Julie Uhrman’s Reddit session recap

Roughly a week ago as of today, Julie Uhrman answered questions concerning the OUYA of the Reddit (a social news website where people can freely submit content) community. A total of 32 questions from backers and non-backers alike were answered: here is a recap of the most interesting ones. ___ Trioptical: “How do you plan to tackle to content discoverability problem that plagues current digital content stores?” Julie: “This is definitely one of the most important things for us.
